Plumbing: Sanitary wares and foam flow taps and washbasins are provided.

Bore point: 400 feet depth - good yield of water

Sump: Corporation water facility has been provided with capacity of 7,000 litres.

Tank: OHT are provided in Sintex with 750 liters capacity

Paintings: Primer  and two coats of putty with roller finish emulsion paints for inner walls, enamel paints for grills and windows& shutters. Main door with melamine polish. Outer walls are Asian Apex quality exterior paint finish.
